If you are up to date with your rent, there are four occasions during the year when you do not need to make a payment for that week's rent.
However, if you are behind with your rent you must continue with your payments so that you reduce your arrears.
These are known as 'Catch Up' weeks and are on weeks commencing:

Please note that if you pay by Monthly Direct Debit these weeks have already been included in your payment schedule.
Pay to Stay
Remember, it is important that you pay your rent on time.
Your rent is due weekly in advance. If you're paying fortnightly or monthly, make sure you pay on the first week of the cycle so your account doesn't go into arrears.
