Aire Valley Homes is dedicated to collecting income and working with customers to prevent debt developing. It is essential that the company has a policy that demonstrates a consistent, firm but fair approach to collecting income and providing advice.

During early 2011 an Income Management Policy was written in consultation with customer and staff, which reflects current best practice and legislative requirements.
